Cloudnexa is switching to Freshdesk for Customer Support
Cloudnexa will be moving to a new ticketing support system starting Monday 4/26/2021 . The new ticketing system will allow us to enhance our handling of your support tickets, improve the consistency and timeliness of our responses. We are sorry for any inconveniences that may be encountered during this transition period, and we appreciate your patience as we smooth out any initial bumps that may occur.
How will I login to create/view tickets after this change?
If you have been logging into our previous ticketing system at https://cloudnexa-support.force.com/ you will be accessing our new ticketing system through our Cloudscan portal. If you do not not have a Cloudscan user already, then you will need to create a new user. Your Companies Cloudscan administrator can follow the instruction located here (https://help.cloudnexa.com/support/solutions/articles/66000485882-invite-new-users) to invite new users to your organization. If you are unsure who your organization's administrator is, or do not not have an administrator then please contact our support team at 484.497.9939 or email@example.com for assistance.
How do I view and create tickets in Cloudscan?
Cloudnexa has archived old tickets from our previous ticketing system. Any historical tickets will not be viewable within Cloudscan. We recommend creating new tickets where possible as we are diligently moving any open and active tickets. If you require details from an old archived ticket, please reach out to Cloudnexa support firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Can I still send in emails to create new tickets?
Yes, you can still create and reply to tickets via email to email@example.com. If you do not have a Cloudscan user already, we highly recommend you follow the steps above to create one. A Cloudscan user is necessary to automatically associate your email address with your organization and see historical tickets.
Can I still call into your support team?
Yes, our support team is still available at the same number, 484.497.9939, and available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Please contact them if you have any questions, or issues with using the new system.
